For my house she took the compared houses' and subject matter's house value from mainstream real estate listing sites (Zillow, etc..) exactly as they're listed on there and no other explanation is given for that value. I'm not sure these real estate listing sites use much of a deep algorithm or formula to come up with a house valuation. Used comps in areas which were not reflective of the community we were purchasing in. Provided examples of ones within and was not flexible. Would agree with the previous review left.

I do not recommend the services of Abbie. I used her services back in 2019 and now, after using other providers, I feel her report lacked credible comparables and detail. I discussed my concerns with her at that time and there was no flexibility on her part. To this day, in 2023, this is the one service provider I wish I would have avoided and I hope others do not make the same mistake.
