My elderly mother purchased a 2nd hand wheelchair that was originally purchased through Abbicare. After 2 uses it had an electrical fault. I took it to abbicare and was given a replacement on the spot. Very impressed with the service. Great product and brilliant after sales service (knowing I wasn’t the original purchaser)

I'm in Wollongong and ordered the zubu brand ZB01 electric rollator from abbicare in a Friday and the zubu arrived on the Tuesday which I thought was very impressed. Rodney at abbicare did an amazing job and professional. Feb 2024 October 2024 I had a small issue and happened to be in Perth so I popped into abbicare and Rodney fixed the issue without even worrying about it or even batting an eyelid. Rod even made sure I was seated correctly for balance just to make sure of my safety. I am 82 and don't often find good people ... read more
Item never received. I have contacted them multiple times, they promised to express post replacement that never happened. 6 weeks later I still haven’t received it. Poor customer service
