My elderly mother purchased a 2nd hand wheelchair that was originally purchased through Abbicare. After 2 uses it had an electrical fault. I took it to abbicare and was given a replacement on the spot. Very impressed with the service. Great product and brilliant after sales service (knowing I wasn’t the original purchaser)
Thank you Rod and the team from AbbiCare. Ordered the EagleHD as a mobile, foldable motorised wheelchair to be able to get out of the house with the family in the car (as opposed to always needing a mobility taxi for customised wheelchair). It's hit the brief beautifully and the service and care from the team was fantastic. It was delivered quickly and efficiently to Sydney where I live and was ready to go once out of the box.
I'm in Wollongong and ordered the zubu brand ZB01 electric rollator from abbicare in a Friday and the zubu arrived on the Tuesday which I thought was very impressed. Rodney at abbicare did an amazing job and professional. Feb 2024 October 2024 I had a small issue and happened to be in Perth so I popped into abbicare and Rodney fixed the issue without even worrying about it or even batting an eyelid. I live in North Queensland and have had my Eagle HD wheelchair for 2 years and have had no trouble with it at all. It does every thing that the add says it can do. I would recommend it to anyone, it is a vary versatile and reliable wheelchair.
Thanks to Abbicare (Rod) for hiring us a fantastic Electric wheelchair for 10 weeks. We even took it to Melbourne with us WOW! What a gem. Was really easy to collapse and open up. Fits in my little boot really well. 1 person can lift it in and out. Fantastic kind friendly service Rod. More than highly recommended 5+++++
