Rod is absolutely fantastic! Bought the Atlanta XL for the extra seat cushioning, being in the chair for extended periods. Nothing was too much trouble.Taught me how to drive it. Let me try it out for 40 minutes. No pressure. No push. Small business. Great prices. Comfortable products. Just really helpful friendly customer service. Try everywhere else (we did) Then come try the best!

Been using my wheelchair purchased from Abbicare for 4 years now! It’s so handy having an electric wheelchair that can fit in a regular car boot. Rod is also extremely helpful on the phone, sending me the documents I need for airline travel even four years after purchase :-)

Unfortunately I was given a powered wheelchair that had a faulty modified battery. I was under the impression I had been sold a brand new device. The battery started faulting during the warranty period but due to my health I was unable to get in touch prior. It was at this point I took the wheelchair to Battery World to be inspected and they pulled out the battery and determined it had been modified, which I was not aware of as I hadn’t removed the battery from the compartment since it was charged externally. I live in North Queensland and have had my Eagle HD wheelchair for 2 years and have had no trouble with it at all. It does every thing that the add says it can do. I would recommend it to anyone, it is a vary versatile and reliable wheelchair.

Thank you Rod and the team from AbbiCare. Ordered the EagleHD as a mobile, foldable motorised wheelchair to be able to get out of the house with the family in the car (as opposed to always needing a mobility taxi for customised wheelchair). It's hit the brief beautifully and the service and care from the team was fantastic. It was delivered quickly and efficiently to Sydney where I live and was ready to go once out of the box.
