He could have came out and charged me for tightening a bolt on a tap, but instead gave me help on how to do it myself and it only cost me a fiver. Not many other plumbers would do that.

Submitted a web enquiry on the Bank Holiday Monday as hot water was not working. Abbeymead team responded via email that day and turned up following day to diagnose that it was in need of a valve replacement. All fixed and working by Thursday. Great service - highly recommended
