Don't know what has gone wrong with this company but have recently been very dissatisfied. Initially bought a second hand ford CMAX some 10 years ago from them and every year since I have had the car annually serviced and MOT'd by them, at the last service date they informed me that they had done the service but were unable to carry out the MOT as their equipment was faulty and could not give me date to carry out the MOT so I had to go elsewhere.
