Great organisation to work for. Supportive team and family feel.
My review is of abbeyfield shop. Went to Ferring today to do some research on services available in the area. The shop does not show on Google maps. I parked my car in the abbeyfield customer parking, nipping to another shop prior to entering this one. After returning to the car after the first shop, I found my car boxed in by a blue car. I went to a few shops to enquire if it was anyone's car. Found out it was a member of staff that work for Abbeyfield. Very passive aggressive, very unwelcoming and poor customer service. I'm looking for a carer job
I am so happy with The Old School House and with the staff there. My mother was accepted there just before Christmas in 2012 and is well cared for and very happy. She has been there just over a year now and quite comfortable and settled in. The manager, Lorraine Richardson is absolutely exceptional in keeping me in the loop over things that are helpful to know about how my Mum is.
