I had emergency surgery and couldn't make it to my appointment.And they like to penalize me because of that. All they care about is money.They could care less about the animal wouldn't recommend it. I can't help having emergency surgery.But they don't seem to care about that

Abbeydale is the best veterinary clinic bar none. My dog had a seasonal allergy issue on his skin, and a mild ear infection. Abbeydale booked the earliest appointment I could attend. The staff are all very kind and knowledgeable and truly care about your pet. All staff explain everything to you and answer any questions. The medication prescribed had him much better in a couple days. And the office even sent a follow up email asking how he was, was he taking the medication ok and so forth. Top notch pet care.
