Happy to use Abbey Vets. Good service although the premises in serious need of renovation.
My dog was given the new booster and had a bad reaction so I did not want her to get the second dose as I felt it was unsuitable for her and asked for an alternative which I was told was not an option, so now my dog is not covered even though I paid £84.00 for this vaccine. I was not advised about side effects beforehand. Very disappointed.

A had my staffie in canal street vets last year with an eye ulcer which they could not treat as a paid a lot of visits with big expence so they told me they will send me to the abbey group in greenock which raised red flags to me so a so a stopped the pratice with them and went private which was a success so my experience with abbey vets not good and there prices are shocking compared to my new vets am with now.
We have used Abbey Vets for a long number of years and have always valued their care and professionalism when treating our animals.
