We ordered wardrobes from Abbey some years ago and reading the negative reviews wanted to also share mine. We ordered robes for 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with robes either side of fireplace. After waiting quite a while for them to be completed and eager to have storage finally, only to find that one wardrobe on the side of fireplace was not measured correctly (by one of the owners) and the door was unable to be opened fully! Under new management, have been dealing with Nick. Been a pleasure, so easy to get in contact with, quoted straight away, fantastic price, easy to organise install and quality is great! Definitely recommend!
Would not recommend to even my worst enemy, I did not personally have them installed, but found out from the previous owner that they were in even worse shape in the beginning. One of the sides has seperated a whole inch away from the wall towards the roof(got it down to a centimeter with a mallet), the doors were not sliding right (screws were screwed in at an angle), and screws were missing at the top of the doors, so the only part where they should have screwed up they didn't!
