I recently did an inspection with Brandy McKenzie from Abbey Platinum Master Built. She was fantastic to work with and my clients where extremely happy with how smooth the transaction went. I inspect a lot of new builds and this one was one of the best! Especially the attic hatch! Perfect seal and air tight. Very rarely do I see this. The basement was dry, well insulated with airtight vapor barrier. Most homes are sloppy and they get condensation behind them. Bonus.. infloor heating for future legal suite!
