We have constructed and purchased two homes with Abbey Platinum. They were fantastic to work with through construction to completion. We had never built a new home before but they walked us through everything and made sure we understood. Any questions or concerns we had through the whole process and even after we took possession were addressed. Everyone has been great to deal with, very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Worst Builder in Red Deer. We experiened too many issues to list during the build. We unfortunately had a really bad experience and do not recommend this builder at all. I wish we could do it over again with a different builder, knowing what we know now. So many issues during the process and afterwards. Just not a good experience at all.
This is far overdue. My family and I bought an Abbey Platinum show home at the beginning of 2025 in Sylvan Lake. I’m not writing this review to talk about the beautiful open concept and intricate detail of the fireplace and mantle in the living room, and unique butlers pantry.
