Arbor does not care about the buyers or community. no community maintenance or upkeep. common areas are always dirty. the home construction was sloppy and in many homes defective.
I love our house and our lot, but please beware. We were originally promised a lot that had yet to be cleared with city, and after 6 month nothing had happened… I had to contact BBB to get our earnest money back on the table for a new lot almost a year later. We have lived here a year and 5 months and have had to have our HVAC completely replaced and a major plumbing leak. We drove to Columbus to see a particular model of home only to find out the design had been updated so we wasted a trip and got our hearts set on a design that is no longer available. However, we met with someone today so we saw the new design which is also very lovely.
