Arbor does not care about the buyers or community. no community maintenance or upkeep. common areas are always dirty. the home construction was sloppy and in many homes defective.
I love our house and our lot, but please beware. We were originally promised a lot that had yet to be cleared with city, and after 6 month nothing had happened… I had to contact BBB to get our earnest money back on the table for a new lot almost a year later. We have lived here a year and 5 months and have had to have our HVAC completely replaced and a major plumbing leak. Home warranties are only 2 years so any thing after that is your responsibility as the homeowner. This applies even if the builders were at fault. The bui... read more
We drove to Columbus to see a particular model of home only to find out the design had been updated so we wasted a trip and got our hearts set on a design that is no longer available. However, we met with someone today so we saw the new design which is also very lovely.
