Terrible standard - pictures misrepresent the true condition - dirty, run down, damaged furniture, uncomfortable bed, weird smell - avoid at all costs - absolute rip off - zero stars !

Pros: We stayed in aoartment #1405 .. the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom looks renovated and the location was great .. cafe downstairs was very good & reasonably priced Cons: Bedside lamp didn't work, sofa lounge needs throwing out as it's past it's time & very uncomfortable but with no other chairs we brought the outside chairs in There was construction work happening all night, both nights we were there, we still slept but it was broken sleep Had we checked reviews before our stay, it was mentioned by others, we wo... read more

Parking is not their best feature. You will need to book this separately with reception and if you fail to do so within their reception hours, they can’t help you. You’re on your own. The after hours number is no help, they don’t have access to their systems after hours, that is 4pm onwards. They’d ask you to park at the terminal but no guarantee you’ll get a spot. Terrible!!! Yes convenient but there are just as convenient places to stay were you dont have to tolerate construction all night, filthy rooms and absolutely no service. Was charged for a extra bed when booked two singles. Which looked like it should have been in a homeless shelter. Absolutely not worth the money and will never stay again. Do yourself a favour and keep looking for an alternative.
