No answer on call not sure why or if hours are correct just want to know if could bring my bike in rang about 20 times lol
Service is not good
Great service from the guys. I dropped my son’s bike off with a punched tire and they turned it round the same afternoon thank you very much. Will definitely recommend.
I had a parcel delivered from this company, but the delivery company left it on the doorstep, and it was subsequently taken by an opportunistic thief. Despite explaining to this company that the onus is on them to ensure parcels reach their customers and they need to raise this with the delivery company, the person replying just could not understand the concept. They just kept repeating they are sorry it’s happened, and seemed to think it’s my problem. Had to raise a case to get a refund in the end. All could have been avoid... read more
