This score is only relating to Nurse Practitioner HM. Issued a complaint regarding her level of care. She’s more interested in shouting over you, rather than finding out what is actually wrong. Both of my children have had appointments with her, and both have been spoken to like something she has stepped in! Seriously needs training in how to deal with the public, no care shown whatsoever.
Had a good experience, they’ve upgraded the space, smells good, everyone was really professional and nice + I got an appointment decently quickly through the phone and now that they do call backs I didn’t even have to wait in the morning for them to answer :)
