Even one star is too much. The doctors here don't want to help at all. I was shocked when I had an ECG and blood tests on September 1st of this year. The nurse who performed these procedures sent a message to the doctor several times, but unfortunately no one was interested. The nurse came with me to the reception , because she thought I needed a doctor as soon as possible. Thank you very much nurse But to the doctors, you not only show your disrespect for me as a patient, but also for your colleague as well !!!
It's a good GP but some suggestions/ recommendations for service improvement I called for an appointment and the receptionist told the Dr will call later. I missed 3 calls from the Dr due to me being busy with appointments (I'm also a healthcare professional). I told the receptionist about my busy timing not to call at specified hours and the Dr called at that specified busy time. Suggestions 1. Lovely staff (reception, doctors and nurses,) very efficient and good appointment booking services. I had to use the service a fair bit over the 3 years and found the staff to be very understanding and supportive. The surgery has radically improved on how it was a few years ago. Keep up the good work.
