**Adding to my previous review** – This GP practice should be investigated by NHS Scotland. I am considering taking legal action due to their negligence, which has left us in a critical situation now. One female doctor (I won’t name her here) told us she would call the hospital to arrange an urgent appointment. I knew she lied and eventually no urgent appointment was made.
