I took my jammed sewing machine in for repair.Not only did it get repaired while I was waiting but I wasn't charged. I've been going here for 15 years and always have had great and quick service. It's my favorite sewing store. Terry Thompson

I had a problem with my serger breaking needles repeatedly. I took it back where I bought it and paid to have it serviced and looked at THREE times over two months. (This is supposedly a 'reputable' company.) They told me in the end that my serger was just not built for what I was doing (making baby pjs!) and that I should invest in an industrial model. I took in a 1956 Singer 99K machine to have it serviced. It was working well but it was loud and had started coming unthreaded when I brought it in. The other shops in town have at least a two week turnaround but he called that afternoon to tell me it was ready to go. It is now the zippiest little machine I've ever used; it works better than and is just as quiet as my brand new Bernina! If you've got a machine that needs servicing take it here first!
