I did not rate this company a five I gave it a 1. This is important. I don't want others to get in the same situation I was in. I would not recommend this company

The service technicians came to my house several times to repair my microwave. When they used all the money left on the extended warranty I bought, they refused to actually fix the microwave. They used up the warranty, and I still have a microwave that does not work. When I called back, they said there was nothing they could do. I would never deal with this company again, and even relayed by opinion to Bosch, since they referred the company to me to begin with.

If I could give them "0 out of 5" I would. Terrible customer service. I mean terrible! They do not return phone calls. My warranty service was contracted with them and its been almost a month since they came to "look" at my fridge that is not cooling properly. When I call to ask when they will fix it, they say they will call back. They never call back. The company who contracted them to fix my fridge also tried contacting them and they were also given the run around.

NUMBER 1. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. 2. TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE SH** AND WITH NO IMPORTANCE AT ALL. NUMBER 3. ITS A GOOD THING I DIDNT HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR SERVICE BECAUSE I WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL. TAKE HEED DONT USE THEIR SERVICE CALL SOMEONE ELSE.

Very friendly and willing to come fix appliance on THEIR schedule. I was not satisfied with the $80 service call and 95 cent a minute labor fee.
