Felt rushed and not care for. Took weeks trying to get my prescriptions refilled, finally had to call supervisor. Got them next day. Very unprofessional.
I was not happy with my visit with Abbey Breen. I asked the nurse not to tell me my weight but she did. Abbey asked what my name was and then said, "Is that what people call you?" I was very offended and thought if my name was Nancy would she have asked me those questions. I had a sore throat, cough and hoarse voiceand ear pain.I asked about a Covid test or strep test. She said no because it had been three weeks since my symptoms started. She thought I might have reflux because my voice was hoarse and told me to take pepcid.... read more
