Just called and spoke to someone called Twezel (doubting this is there actual name) asked for a appointment and wad give a date in June (please note we are in much right now). Explained the situation that I needed a appointment for my mum as she has an infected tooth and would like an appointment after Ramadan so April. The reception turned about with a condescending tone and asked 'asked why she fasting'.
