I have been going to this dentist since i was a little boy and they have always looked after me. A big shout out to Afroza she does an excellent job in a hygienist clean for me
If you’re thinking about registering with Abbey Dental, don’t bother, save yourself the headache. The receptionist is so rude it feels like basic politeness is beneath them. Every phone call is an ordeal, and trying to get any clear answer is impossible. It’s like they’ve made being unhelpful part of the service. The communication overall is pathetic. Even though I got taken off the dentists list of patients, due to not attending (including covid years, I would’ve appreciated being notified before being taken off) I can confidently say that reception team have gotten better. They are now Practicing kind and patient practice at the desk (Would mention to improve on being patient to people who don’t use English as their first language.)
