I got the rude woman at the shop. She doesn't seem to be aware how rude she is. Just wanted to rush me off the phone, not willing to help in any way. Refused to send me a price list.
Needed advice before purchasing gym mirrors, going in with limited knowledge myself. Abbey Cross Glass were extremely helpful and gave me everything I needed in terms of knowledge without even committing to a purchase. Naturally, I did then purchase from them because the service and price were both great. Fully recommended!
Called and the women who answered was very rude and before I had finished our conversation she had put the phone down. Maybe they don't need new business.
