Tony is definitely the person to work with here, so this review is really for dealing with him. The install itself was done at a professional level. We had new carpet installed in June of 2023 from Abby Carpet & Tile. It has been 8 months since then and our carpet (inspite of having 2 dogs)still looks new! We had such a wonderful experience from the sale (thank you Tony) and installation that we will be using Abby Carpet & Tile in our new home!
The whole process was going well and smooth until it came to the actual install, coordinating the install day seemed very difficult for them and it changed at least 3 times. I was told the hard floor needed to go in first on Friday, so I moved all of my appliances into the bedrooms which were getting carpet just a few days after so they were out of the way.
