I wanted to share our experience with Abbey Carpet because it was quite different from what we expected. Our neighbors highly recommended them, so we went into the process with high expectations. Our first visit to the showroom was excellent. The woman who helped us was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. Had an excellent experience from sales to installation. Settled on the Karndean Art Select Hickory Paprika...Tony talked us out of the darker color since it would show dirt more. Sean was great as an installer...really nice guy who ultimately wanted everything to be perfect. He moved more furniture than I thought one guy could. For ~1000 SF install it took 5 days (tear out and install). Would absolutely use Abbey again.
Promise a lifetime warranty. When selling, of course. Deliver nothing. Had a small hole the size of a divet appear after a year. Defective carpet. Now want to charge $250 for a 20 minute fix. I'll never be back. Suggest you don't waste you're time.
