I recently had to replace carpet in one of the bedrooms and I called Abbey carpet and was pleasantly surprised! The carpet is beautiful and the installation was both quick and flawless! I will definitely be calling them again!
I had a terrible experience. My contractor ordered the flooring through Abbey of Prince Frederick. We took samples home and looked at the installed flooring photos on the webpage and even bought 2 boxes in advance to lay out and make sure we loved it and we did! So we purchased $15,000 worth of the flooring for our basement. But when the flooring came in, I noticed many large black knots and color variations that were not there on the samples, on the website photos or on the 2 boxes we ordered in advance. Denise is amazing! She is sooo professional and keeps multiple jobs running smoothly. She is extremely knowledgeable about all of their products from flooring choices to countertops to backsplash. Don't bother going anywhere else! Their prices are competitive and what you get in customer service is well worth every penny.
