I would like to preface this with the following. FiFi seems like a very kind woman, and I understand she is going through a lot in her personal life right now. I am sorry for that, but it is no excuse for the blunders she made. I don’t think she did anything maliciously. This family owned business is by far the BEST company I've worked with compared to any other business in all categories. Charlie and Fifi are the warmest owners, and they were very personable and efficient during our long journey of renovating our new home. The guys who come in to install flooring, appliances and everything else under the sun completely exceeded our expectations and were all so nice and made sure everything was perfect. I've had the pleasure working with Charlie and Fifi on two different occasions. I can't speak enough about the two of them. Charlie has the great eye for design, he really knows the business in and out and has been doing it for eons; his wife Fifi is also very knowledgeable and both are such a pleasure to work with. Their crew is exceptional and are very fast and efficient, they did half my house in one day and I was extremely impressed. Abbey Carpet & Floor of Roseville is wonderful. Owners, Charlie and Fifi really know their business. They helped us choose the right carpet, and reassured us, they would take care of us. Their service was exceptional! Everything they said they would do, they did. There were no problems. Installers, Erik and Adrian were very professional and fast...no problems.
