Had a big job redoing all carpet throughout our upstairs. From the start, when shopping in the store to then to the finished project all was a pleasure with Abbey. I would highly recommend these wonderful people!
I have been a client of Abbey carpet for years. They are so professional, kind and helpful! I had carpet installed in my business years ago and because of a water issue the carpet started to stretch and make waves in my hallways. I called and asked if they could take care of that issue and they were there in no time. My carpets look beautiful again. If you don’t know where to go for carpet or flooring, you will not be disappointed in the service or the installation. I can’t thank them enough!
Their customer service is outstanding. We used Abbey Carpet & Floor of Hawthorne, the first time about 12 years ago, and again a few years ago, for the Hunter Douglas window treatment. Glen was always courteous, responsive, and reliable. He would reply very quickly when you contact him. When some of the shades needed repairs, he responded immediately and got them fixed within a few days with no charge (they were under warranty). Have used these guys for a project in my last house and just recently in my new one. They also replaced the floor in my mother’s condo. Top notch work and even better customer service. Will always recommend to whoever needs their services!
