I was impressed with the prices and the selection. I will definitely be back to buy flooring for our basement.
I wish I would have looked here before buying carpet from them. I had to learn the hard way. After they add on all their fees to the carpet you will pay more for their carpet than for carpet from the highest priced place in town. They are rude and will not do what they say they will. GO somewhere else as fast as you can.
Awful. Awful. Awful. They have terrible customer service. Michelle herself is the worst. I have had her hang up on me twice now. We purchased carpet from them and had installed in late October. By January, we felt like it was a little too worn for two months old and the individual strands themselves were coming out. Great people, Great Service! i would never go to another buisness for any flooring! Great Choice to buy from!!
One would think that $40,000 would get this company to do a job right... Well thats what we thought, but we were wrong. Michelle would not answer any emails, refused to do rework, violated the written contract, and refused to make it right. And still after all of that still sent the final bill of $22,000 to us... Do not use this company, ever! If you do, you will be very, very sorry.
I purchased a large carpet order from this company in Great Bend, KS. I went to get a vehicle to haul it home in and realized it was taking me longer than I originally thought. I called to let them know I may be a few minutes late and they said, 'WE CLOSE AT 5!" I said, "I understand that, but I live in another city and do not want to return for the simple fact that you refuse to wait 5 minutes." Their quick response was "WE CLOSE AT 5!!!
