From The moment we went into the building, Brian who is the sales consultant was so very helpful and he came out to our house in Strawberry and measured for our flooring. Our installer was Moses who pulled up all the old carpeting and got rid of it. He also put in the wood floor with a smile on his face. He was so nice. He even vacuumed every day he was here. He cleaned up everything. I recommend Abby carpets and especially Brian and Moses can’t say enough about them.
Brian is the best! I refer him and Abbey to anyone I know that needs new flooring!
Abbey Carpet, Sonora, is absolutely AMAZING! Specifically my installer, Jason. He has been meticulous throughout this whole process. On time, clean, polite, professional and a pleasure to work with. We were very pleased with our new flooring from Abbey Carpet & Floor. Brian was extremely friendly and helpful in making the process easy. He showed us different options and helped us in the decision making, which we appreciated. We went with both carpet and plank flooring and they are both gorgeous!!! They also did a wonderful job with the installation. We are 100% happy with Abbey Carpets and definitely recommend them!
