We had a great experience with Abbey Carpet & Flooring. Bridget was a very helpful & answered all our flooring questions. Jose & his helper were very conscientious. They did a wonderful job installing both our flooring & carpet. They were very knowledgeable at their craft! We had an unexpected issue with tile under flooring they were removing that added an extra day, but they persevered. Our flooring is beautiful!
They have a very good selection of carpets to choose from. Excellent to work with in arriving at our decision of just which carpet to choose. The installation crew did an admirable job of removing furniture from bedroom, installing the patterned carpet, and then replacing the furniture in the bedroom. This was no easy task. Pattern was matched perfectly. The carpet installers were efficient and hard workers, pleasant to have in my home. We needed carpet in a hurry and our local store in Bentonville, Arkansas had lots to choose from in stock. Steve helped us tremendously. He was so professional, patient, helpful, and kind. We love the carpet. It is very pretty. The guys that put it in were super nice, good workers and pleasant. We will go to Abbey again. Great experience!
