We visited Abbey Carpet to review samples and get a quote for new carpet in our bedrooms and new rubber flooring for our home gym.They have a nice showroom with an abundance of choices. Ravi was very knowledgeable and was able to recommend the right type of flooring. His installation team kept us informed of product arrival and install date. Update: We were sold material that was not suited for the installation location. Installation was problematic and required multiple return trips. After only about a year it has warped and there are gaps throughout our house. We wasted our money and will find an alternative to have it replaced in the coming years. I reached out about a warranty and was quickly told that there warranty coverage and no damage would be repaired.
We have used Ravi, Juan, and the Abbey team on 3 different projects over the past several years. Each time their quality work and service were outstanding! We will absolutely look to Abbey for any future work.
