While we are happy with our carpeting, our customer service was severely lacking. My complaints about the installation, and pictures of the damage he did to our walls was ignored. We will never do business with Abbey Carpet again.

My experience with Abbey Carpet started out well, but an error was made in measuring and resulted in a carpet too small for the room. And yes, I did pay up front! I was told that it would be "made right" and I could go ahead and put furniture in the room and they would take it out and put it all back when the new carpet got in. In the meantime, I decided not to put the furniture in, to save them the hassle of taking it out and putting it back in again. I want to praise Abby Carpet for the beautiful job they did with my new carpet and wood floors. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The quality of the flooring was excellent. I would use them again.
