We were told our carpet would arrive mill direct in 3-4 weeks - it arrived in 2 weeks. Wyatt, the carpet installer, did a terrific job arriving on the promised date. He removed and hauled away the old carpet and pad. He removed all doors, siliconed the hinges and removed any marks on the base boards (left by the carpet stretching). Service was friendly, informed to their product and services, prompt with coming out to measure and provide a quote for flooring. I have not yet determined if I will be using this company for final installation, but their customer service was excellent
