The guys at Abbey are great! Very patient and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and concerns regarding my Friedrich wall unit air conditioner. These guys are honest and very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Abbey to any one!
I contacted the company back in the first week of May for a new in-wall unit. Steve said he had a refurbished unit for me to save money - great - but the job would be difficult due to the odd placement of the original unit so the labor would be more costly. No problem. Before Memorial Day he said he was going to get in touch with his contractor to get him to my house one day to replace the unit. Last summer we called, they walked through a few things to try. The unit started to work, but it is/was old. We called this year preseason and replaced the unit. Two year parts and labor. Very smooth installation clean drop cloth. Took extra care to be respectful to my home. I can not thank you guys enough!!!
