I called this place because it was the first on the list that the hospital gave us due to the list being in alpabetical order. When I called the place, the old man that asnwered was beyond rude and it didn't appear that he really wanted my business even after I only asked him two questions. Based on his demanor on the telephone, I decided to call another company on the list as this guy didn't sound competant at all. The other place was very friendly and sympathetic. We went to him for cremation services for our dad. He specifically stated that we would receive the remains shipped to us withing ten days. Not only did we not receive the remains in the stated time frame, but the cremation did not take place for eight days. After 18 days we finally received the remains, well beyond the stated period. We ordered two urns from him as well. We specifically ordered two dark blue urns with the American flag and eagled emblazened on it in silver color.
