I’ve been there twice and both times Matthew was kind, funny and made sure I understood everything.

Then I go for xrays today and get a call from the office and they tell me that Dr. Seth Rosenz won't do my surgery because my knee's fine. How do you go from telling someone they need surgery to telling them its fine?!!
