Dona and Wade were so friendly and took great care of me today. No waiting. Exceptional care.
The BMC has improved alot but the program inside contains barely a touch of therapy. It's a beautiful facility but there is nothing to help you focus or learn having only one or maybe two groups every day and night. The community showers are awful and you can't count on staff to remedy that. There's no way of telling what is going on behind the work of the staff because there's no communication or follow up by anyone but Rebekah and Joe.( Social worker and RN) And one tech she Noah she's great
The number I call is for Dr Caswell and the girl on the phone is rude. Telling this is how it works and how we do things. She told me that I needed a referral to see Dr Kyle. So I got one faxed in so I called to see if they got it. So she told me yet again here's how we do things over here. Dr Kyle will look at the referral and if he accepts it I'll get an appointment. Ok so what's the point of sending a referral if he's just going to deny it. So I'm suffering here with my broken ankle and it's purple and now there's a bone.... read more
