I have been to Abbeville 3 times, always for nothing more than routine check-ups. The staff is extremely friendly. I thought it strange that they are forcing patients sign authorization forms on electronic signature devices without presenting an documents or forms at all. I was just there for routine check-ups covered by insurance, so I explained that to them and signed BLINDLY. On every visit it seemed as though every staff member was a COMMISSIONED SALES PERSON. Abbeville Dentistry and it's Dr. Lewis' carelessness, negligence, "I don't care" style of operating is the most shocking in the entire field of healthcare....they shouldn't be practicing, one day people will die at their hands if they haven't already..... outrageous and disgusting
Actually my rating is ZERO. I have been to several dentist's in my life and have had around 30 fillings, 5 root canals and now 3 crowns. This was by FAR the worst experience I have ever had! There were so many things wrong...I am not sure where to begin. My history and physical exam were apparently not taken to heart as I described my great anxiety about long painful procedures as I have been through so much with dentists. I got new dentures on January 11, 2017. I have no complaints with either my dentist, or the staff. They were all very courteous and professional. My complaint is with the lab Abbeyville owns or uses for their shoddy workmanship on the dentures they made. My dentures broke completely in half at dinner, on Sunday evening, April 2, 2017.
