Nicole is exceptional! She is very thorough, caring and gentle.
I cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough. I had a last-minute tooth injury, and they fit me into their busy schedule immediately. Even though Dr. Kaiser saw me in between his scheduled patients, I never felt rushed for a single second. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt completely taken care of. Entire experience was very positive and thorough. From calling for an appointment (getting in quickly), to evaluation of my complaint, diagnosis and recommendations were professional. Dr Kent Kaiser, I’d problem tooth, and recommended solutions. All staff were very friendly during entire time in chair. I felt comfortable and trusting of their judgement and work.
Dr. Kaiser was very precise with adjusting my night guard - I'll find out over the next few days if we are done. He is very personable and pleasant and funny ( really)!
