Granite countertops aren't properly sealed and will stain. They'll charge you a "heavy cleaning" fee and just leave it for the next person. Will also try to scam you by not providing check out procedures. I asked ahead of time what cleaning needed to be done and was told "just general cleaning" but when I went to turn in my keys I was handed a long list of detailed cleaning tasks. Like raising the rent every year wasn't enough of a scam they have to scam you on the way out too
Michael and Akie on the maintenance team have been absolutely wonderful! Upon moving in, I found very minor issues (loose outlet cover and my door not fully latching). I put in a request late at night and there were here next day before noon to fix them. I also noticed my water filter in my fridge needed changing (and the door needed to be adjusted on the fridge to close properly) so I put in a second request same day and they were back within 20 minutes. I’m a new tenant, today I had several items that needed to be addressed. I spoke to Brian and Michael took care of all my requests in a professional and quick. Very friendly and easy to talk to.
