Brian and Michael are the best maintenance men ever! They both always respond to requests VERY quickly (hours or less) and are helpful with all kinds of questions I have had. Brian once let me use a ladder when I had to get my curtains down and helped to rescue me when locked on my balcony (not my fault lol). Brian and Michael also both worked diligently to help me remove and patch two nails in my tire. ABOVE & BEYOND. Michael also just replaced and purged my water filter like it was his full time job. Bravo!
I have been a resident here since 2020. I have a great and enjoyful life here. My 2 bedroom apartment was being renovated so I decided to stay and moved into a one bedroom apartment right next door. How convenient right! So instead of leaving i stayed and so happy I did. The renovations were beautiful. I feel so safe in this community because it it is so quite at nite and I feel so safe here.
