Service call for fridge going bad. Temp inside fridge was 50 degrees and getting warmer and freezer was iced up. This was a repeat issue a few weeks prior and the freezer was defrosted. It was determined the fridge would need to be replaced after Mike M discussed issue and coordinated with supervision to find a working replacement. He came in on his off day, Saturday 4/18/26 to replace the fridge. Minimal food was lost because of the expedited replacement. Great job and thank you!
Mike explained to me what caused the issue and how he was going to fix it. He was very professional and courteous.
Mike was professional and friendly. He replaced a bearing in the drier in rather short time. He fully explained what he had done. I have the utmost confidence, that should I submit another maintenance request, Mike could handle it.
