Very disappointing experience. I called on 4/16, provided my due date and all requested information, and was told to transfer my records. I spent time doing that on 4/17 and 4/20, only to call back on 4/21 and be told they were already full for October deliveries. Why was I asked to transfer records if the office already knew they were not accepting October patients? This wasted my time and showed a lack of professionalism and respect for patients. It felt disorganized, misleading, and unprofessional. Please do better.
Dr. Wain has been my OBGYN for years and delivered both of my daughters. She’s exceptional - I adore her!
