Compassionate ,professional and thorough.
Dr Rosenbaum is a “doctor’s doctor”, literally. As a doctor myself, I recognize the attention to details, clear two-way communication, and personal concern that makes for a successful doctor-patient relationship. My wife and I fell very fortunate to be her patients.
AVOID THIS CARDIOLOGIST AT ALL COSTS. Total irresponsibility. Gave me an appointment two months out. The afternoon before the 8:45 AM appointment, they called me and cancelled. Just like that. Promised to give me a new appointment very soon and never called back. 10 days later I called three times, they had me on hold in the line for 15 minutes waiting for Vanessa, or Juliana (the manager), to assist me and left me hanging in the line. Dr Rosenbaum was highly recommended and I see why. She is very knowledgeable, smart, patient and beyond thorough. She spent a long time w me, and also my spouse who also saw her today. Vanessa, who checked us out is very pleasant and efficient.
