She’s a super nice person and does listen to your medical needs but her wait time for your appointment has been unacceptable to wait for 2 hours the last 3 visits so I’m switching doctors.
Dr Cassity is one of the best doctor's around she actually hears her patient. When you are sick or hurting she will do everything she can and will not stop until she knows what's wrong. I was sick my head was hurting ,I told her there's something wrong ,my head just doesn't feel right . Long story short I'm doing great after having brain surgery Thank you Dr.Cassity for listening to your patients
My appointment was at 10:30, I got there early because I'm courteous. I waited in the lobby OVER 40 minutes from my appointment time, when I get called back, I waited an extra 30 minutes to be seen just to get my refills on my SSRI. On the day i go to pick up my prescription, they tell me nothing has been sent in. I call Dr. CASSIDYS office and the her nurse ARGUED with me that she did send it in.
