This realtor offered me a second viewing of an apartment I was interested in renting out. The day of the viewing he text messaged me informing me the apartment is already rented out. He wasted my time. He is very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

We challenged Joe with the impossible task of helping us find a home within two days. While we didn't believe it was possible, Joe more than surpassed our expectations and we were in contract within 48 hours of landing at JFK. He's a fantastic broker who took the time to listen to our list of "must haves", dedicated himself to the challenge and helped us find the perfect place, within our limited budget, even under our demanding time constraints. I don't think we'd have succeeded without Joe's expert advice and resources.
