I felt led to reach out to Abba Women's Center for help when I was between jobs, and awaiting a background check recently. The front desk attendant, Nelda Luster, was very darling and sweet. She offered to take me in temporarily in exchange for help around her home. Although I know she meant well, it was not met well with her son who acted out angrily and irrationally to me in person. Great place To get help when you've got little ones! They give you a free diaper bag free diapers free wipes free baby food just about anything you can think of also give you a voucher to go next door to the thrift store and pick out something for yourself!
