John’s team were out to us within a matter of hours to check out our broken air conditioner. They were extremely thorough, clean, and communicative. I would hire this company for any future HVAC or plumbing needs.
John, Jodi, Bobby and the entire team at ABBA are reliable, responsive, trustworthy, and do quality work. We first had them out for help last year when our aging heat-pump's motor went out a few days before Thanksgiving. Very kind and attentive. We had a challenging, odd issue with our mini split units and they kept on it until it was solved. John and Bobby are the best! Highly recommend!
Even though they were busy, they rearranged some things to come out immediately since our issue was an emergency. They were very helpful and had our water back up and running within an hour, even though the pipe burst in two different sections. They also gave a lot of thorough information about what we may need to do to prevent some things in the future. EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! John and his crew are top notch all the way. Master plumbers and mechanics unrivaled anywhere else. I’ve worked with many mechanical contractors and ABBA is by far one of the best. They don’t try to BS you. They tell you the way it should be and don’t try to go cheap on you. Top mechanics along with quality craftsmanship and materials. P.S. You also always talk to a person, not some machine or computer. (That goes a long way in today’s world).
