Unable to reach anyone by phone or when I go to the office. In addition, I have been sending emails for months and no response. How do they conduct business like this. I'm in need of an apartment and I have been trying to reach them. Bad business Michelle
Terrible interaction, especially the old guy with the big white beard. Cursed at me and my pregnant wife while in the street. I see on the website he is the director of this company... Better work and deal with kinder people.
Renee Weiss is an awful agent. I messaged her yesterday morning (the day the listing went up) about viewing a listing she has for rent on Avenue C and she ignored my message. Today, I sent her a text in hopes she’d actually respond and sure enough she did but told me she’d already taken a deposit on the apartment and was no longer showing it. Been calling this number for about 2 months now and can’t get an answer. I don’t see the point of being told to called if all I’m going to keep getting in the operator or all the realtors voicemail isn’t set up and automatically hangs up. Do better
