Cancelled on my friend last minute. Gave hella excuses about the apartment including the fact that there’s stairs when she told them this when booking. Lied on the response to her review and said one of the workers had a health emergency. They never communicated that. Also lied that my friend told them to be done within 2 hours which did not say.
Do NOT book with this company! They are extremely unprofessional. Movers never called to let me know they were coming. When they finally arrived they made it an issue that they couldn’t park closer. We offered solutions and they ultimately decided they didn’t want to do the job the day of. I would recommend you go with a different moving company if you are in need of moving services.
Tracie Called me within mins when I was looking for the movers, she is so sweet and makes sures she helps the customers. They are the best movers I have ever used. The team is exceptionally professional and personable. They moved my two-bedroom-plus-den to another two-bedroom home in under two hours, working quickly while handling my belongings with care.
