The driver came for pickup at 8:15am instead of the scheduled time of 8:25am. He sat outside and didn’t call to say he was there. I saw this vehicle and went to ask who he was picking up. I told him he’s early and we would be out shortly. I took my disabled brother out to the vehicle at 8:23am and opened the car door when the driver said that the ride is cancelled. My 90 year old father waiting 1hr in the morning for Abba local handicap car service to pick my dad up. And then I had to change the pickup time, because he arrived at his appointment late. After waiting for 2 1\2 for a pick up from his physical therapy appointment that I had to force him to go to in the first place.
