I worked with Lorenzo on 2 loads coming out of AZ. He was accommodating and kept me in the loop the whole time! I was on the receiving end. They were onsite when they said they would be, had a small hiccup with drivers' hours on one of the loads but as soon as the issue arose, he was in contact with me!
