Tony the manager went out of his way to get us taken care of. My granddaughter has a very complicated prescription and they took care of us. Brenda the lady that took care of the billing was amazing and very patient with us! I highly recommend them.
Tried to get an eye exam on two different occasions with the office on hwy 50. First they tried to charge me a $50 fee due to my appointment being virtual, what??? Said there was no Dr available to do an in person exam. Went back a couple weeks later for a second appt which had been cancelled the day before (guess I missed their phone call), again no Dr in the office. Sounds like they can’t keep their eye doctors for some unknown reason. Don’t waste your time with these people, go elsewhere!!
