I moved out here in 2018 and I’ve been a customer of ABBA for many years. I had a problem with a representative of theirs who have no fault but over our own made a huge mistake and then told me there was nothing she could do about it I went back a day or two later and asked to speak to the manager. The communication between this location and their call center is horrible to say the least. Im told one time but another is written in the system. I booked an appointment over a month in advance and was told my appointment was at 9am over the phone and place it in my calendar. I then show up for my appointment and am turned away after they stated they called an old number no longer on file when I had already updated it with the call center prior.
