I was calling because my last ophthalmologists no longer accepts my insurance . When I called the line was answered after 3 rings sp fairly quick. Unfortunetly the lady who answered the phone coughed into the phone making the sound exaggerate. She did't excuse herself or anything. Then well I was speaking with her ,she says "I will be right with you." cuts me off and tells hold on and put me on hold . there was no screaming or any signs that the person who walked in had an emergency.
