Have tried to get in to have my eyes examined and glasses made three time now but Veterans do not rate high enough on their scale to be seen. Had an appointment for the 8th of Feb2021 and was called and told I could not be seen today the 7th of Feb. so veterans beware they don’t want your business!!!!!
love abba eye care, just not this one. women are rude and carry lots of attitude. Last thing I needed this morning...
Was my first eye exam with this office. The doctor was great, answered all my questions and concerns about my terrible eye sight. And the new girl that helped me pick out glasses today was great! I was there for about 2 hours, but I have lots of eye issues and wanted to make sure my glasses, lenses and exam were to the best they could be. I would recommend this office to any of my acquaintances!
Some of these ladies in this office do not know how to treat people are very rude are we were there for two hours which don’t make sense because my husband is deaf and we had to have an interpreter and I don’t think they were very happy because we had to have an interpreter there bylaw we have to have one I don’t know these people are not very nice they can get I a lot of trouble with the disability act ...
I had an appointment at 4 pm. Thirty minutes later, I am still sitting there with no end in sight. I finally had to leave. It is unprofessional and inconsiderate to expect customers to wait for that amount of time. Not going back.
