We were quoted a competitive price for the AC installation, and while the unit itself was installed efficiently in about three hours, there was a small delay when waiting for an additional bracket that wasn't initially accounted for. Overall, pleased with their work but better inventory management could improve the experience.
I was a bit concerned about the wiring compatibility with the new thermostat, but the technician quickly diagnosed and resolved it, finishing everything within an hour. After a week of use, the system is running smoothly with no issues.
After being quoted a fair hourly rate, the technician coordinated with my building management and resolved the heating issue by replacing a faulty valve in about 90 minutes. While he worked efficiently, he took the time to explain each step, which I appreciated as a condo owner responsible for future maintenance decisions.
Our initial thermostat installation by a different company resulted in inconsistent temperature readings, so we sought a second opinion. The new HVAC technician identified the issue as a wiring error and corrected it, completing the installation in about an hour.
Efficiently dismantled the old A/C unit.
