I picked up Caravan on day before ANZAC day and had firstly fridge issues and was told to deal with Dometic! Then after that I had electrical issues on day I was booked on a trip and had to get an auto electrician and 240v electric to resolve and the found the charger was blown up . I even had been given incorrect/out of date contacts for NextGen, both businesses refused to cover the cost which amounted to $5k
Hope you never have a problem with your caravan. After purchase service is disgraceful. We were made to feel like it was our fault for their shoddy workmanship.
Had a spare part for my van that no one else local had at a great price.
We have been travelling for 10 months and needed some warranty issues sorted. The team at ABBA Caravans were outstanding. From Megan who arranged our parts and appointment, to Monica who was caring and supportive during our dealings with them. We cannot thank Scott, Alama, Oma and Callum enough for their meticulous workmanship and help. Nothing was too much to ask. We have had our van serviced at several places around Australia and never had service like this. Absolutely 5 star. Thanks team
The service team don’t actually know what they are doing, had it back 3 times and they are not able to fix a simple issues. been waiting since July for warranty items on a brand new van to be fixed, just keep saying they are waiting for parts from the manufacturer. Rubbish
