Stew Mandurah Towed our 22’ van from Mandurah the other day to have a security system installed which I had booked in weeks previous so I thought. When I arrived the girl at the counter couldn’t find my booking so went a got some other blanket & I was asked again could they help me & I again said said what I was there for the girl again looked through the same papers then the blank said regardless they wouldn’t be able to do it that day anyway LOL. Been waiting over 6 months for abba to replace parts on my brand new 130k caravan. There after sales service is absolute horrific, I would not recommend them to anyone.
Received our Tungsten Tuff in Nov 2025. Great handover by Omar. We have had a few teething problems that had been logged for attention. Thanks to Monica & Danni for following up on our concerns and arranging for our van to be fitted in to rectify some of these issues at short notice. We had an excellent experience dealing with the Service Dept. Very helpful and professional team, who communicated well with us during the process. Thanks Abbey, Richard, Chris, Scott & Team
A big thanks to Scott, Omar, Ritchie, and Abbey for our 18’9” Urban Terrain first time workshop visit for assessment of some minor post build issues. All was reviewed and discussed with me in detaill before I headed off for breakfast, and I left feeling very confident all would be attended to.
