ABB has the wost customer service. I've had to find a new company to order my contact lenses. The workers on the phone don't seem to care. Their current 2.9 star average is very generous for a 1 star company.

Sent me expired contacts and demanded I take multiple photos to prove, which I did. Then told me I was responsible to drive them back to my optometrist so they could verify what I already did. Claimed they had replacements, which they did not, and proceeded to offer me a less expensive set of replacements at same costs. The real kicker was they would not replace all boxes because I opened some NOT knowing they were expired until later. If you're a trucker I recommend entering on nw 124th ave on the side entrance. That is where the dock door is located to so it makes for a easy straight back. They have cones blocking the entrance but you can move them to park. They allowed me to park overnight. There is a security guard patrolling at night. He was nice. Also no restrooms at night. Supposedly they have them inside when they open 10/10
